TESTIMONIALS

"I wish to thank you for your service and also a great big thank you to all the fitters that were involved in the installation. They were all very professional in what must have been a difficult job. I would not hesitate to use your company again and will recommend you as and when."

We are delighted with the new door and the colour looks great too. It has made such a difference being able to have the exact paint colour. We are also pleased with the glass as it is almost completely obscure & so only vague shadow is seen from outside. This is more to our liking than what we had previously. The handles look really smart and the design of the door is working well. Your fitter was both professional & really lovely. Many thanks.

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to the company and to Ben and Andy the installers, for such excellent service and a beautiful conservatory! It's far nicer than we expected, and was very carefully installed by Andy and Ben. We couldn't be happier with it. Should we ever be able to afford new windows, we'll be coming to Philip Whear, and we'll recommend the company to anyone who asks.

I couldn’t be happier !! The windows and door look amazing. Both the guys who fitted them were very professional and friendly. They went the extra mile to make sure the house was left clean and tidy and all aspects of the fitting were clearly explained ( I like to know how things are done ). Absolutely superb workmanship.

The whole process from beginning to end has been so smooth and stress free.
I would not hesitate to recommend Philip Whear Windows to anyone looking for a top quality service.

A very happy customer.

Very helpful staff in the showroom, pleased that the product was locally made. Happy that I had a huge range of colours to choose from, unlike most suppliers. The quality of the product is excellent.

I've have used this company three times, and their service has been been excellent on every occasion, from the initial contact to the final result. Their product quality is exceptional, offering a wide array of colors and styles to choose from. The sales team was remarkably helpful, and the installation team was no only respectful and polite but also maintained a high level of tidiness throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.

"Having had previous work done by Whear our confidence was not disappointed by the work carried out this time either. The quality of the product is excellent and unlike the experience we have had previously from another nationwide company, the fitters are qualified installers and therefore do an excellent job."

"I wanted to email to follow up after the fitting of the secondary glazing that was recently installed in our house. I am very impressed with the effect it has had on the noise reduction and heat loss we have struggled with. They look great and blend in very well with the historic sash windows.

I was also very impressed with the expert you sent to fit the windows too. Martyn was extremely professional and efficient, especially since this is an old house and nothing is straight or symmetrical here. He had to do a lot of work to get the windows to fit perfectly. Please pass on my thanks to him for all his hard work."

Kind regards,

"My wife and I want to put on record the esteem with which we hold Andy and Steve. They were not only highly skilled they were also two of the nicest workmen to have around. They dealt with problems encountered and turned them into issues to be overcome. They were extremely conscientious, keeping everywhere clean and tidy, and they were warm and friendly chaps. They are a credit to the company."

"If Andy and Steve continue as they have done yesterday then I have no problems.
They are cheerful and efficient. So I trust they will continue to do a thorough job.
We had no idea of the amount of time and care your company takes to protect existing furniture and fittings.
Most impressive."
