VISIT US
As a starting point we recommend you visit our 2000ft2 showroom and factory in Pool to see what we have to offer, this will give you an opportunity to see up close the quality and attention to detail that goes in to both our timber and uPVC products.
HOME VISIT
We can then arrange a home visit by one of our designers who can come and discuss your needs. At this stage they can offer their extensive experience to help you get a better idea of what you want, or if you already have a clear idea, they can offer their technical expertise and discuss your requirements in detail.
QUOTE & SPECIFICATION
Following your home visit, we will send you a detailed quote and specification pack. We appreciate that your new conservatory might be difficult to picture, so within the pack we will include a preliminary CAD image to help you visualise it. We can also provide a ‘photo-realistic’ CGI of the design, merged with a photograph of your property.
SIGNING CONTRACTS
Once you decide you want to go ahead we will prepare a contract for you to sign, you make a deposit and we can get your project started. At this stage we can advise if planning will be required and if necessary handle the application for you. In many cases planning is not required, but for your peace of mind we can issue a ‘letter of legality.’
FOLLOW YOUR PRODUCT BEING MADE
Manufacturing of your product will begin, you are welcome to call into our factory to see your product being made by our qualified, skilled local craftsmen. At this point, you’ll get a feel for our master workmanship and product quality – with full reinforcing, stainless steel fixings and mechanisms.
ADD SOME COLOUR
We can paint in any colour which is a great way make your product really unique. If you’ve chosen a painted finish, our expert paint technician will spray and lacquer your components in our spray booth and dust-extracted oven.
PROJECT FOUNDATIONS
Our experienced masons can build the base in preparation for a conservatory installation. Large or complex installations will be coordinated by our Project Manager to ensure things run smoothly. We always insulate the floor and perimeter walls to make your conservatory as comfortable as possible. If your porch or conservatory will have a solid roof, then this too will be built to Building Regulations standards – even if not required by law.
It is our aim to keep disruption at your home to a minimum. Our tradesmen are tidy workers and leave their job clean when they’ve finished.
GUARANTEE & AFTERCARE
Soon after your conservatory build is complete, we’ll make an appointment to visit for quality checks and to talk you through operation and maintenance so that you’ll have many years of enjoyment from your new space.
We will issue you with a guarantee which means, should anything go wrong, our service engineers are on hand to help resolve any issues.
